Shipping and Handling
We ship all our packages via United States Postal Service - usually Priority Mail. Orders ship within 1-3 days. Shipping fees are based on the weight of the items ordered, destination and package size. (Minimum shipping charge is $5.00). Paint kits are heavy and may significantly increase shipping costs, however we will use flat rate boxes whenever possible and refund any shipping overpayment.

Shipping Paint Kits
It is our policy that when you order multiple paint kits we will ship only one bottle per color for the entire order. We have found that stenciling requires very little paint and unless you are doing a particularly large stencil you will have alot of paint left over. Your adjusted total may not appear on your invoice, however we will adjust it prior to shipping your order.

Wherever possible, we will ship your order including paint kits in a flat rate box to reduce shipping costs. We refund any overpayment in shipping costs.

Return Policy
Pre-authorization is required within 10 days of ship date in order to return merchandise. In order to be refunded the full amount less cost of shipping, stencil packages must be unopened, undamaged and accompanied by the invoice, and must be received by us within 30 days of ship date. Returns without pre-authorization and after 30 days of ship date will not be accepted.
